RentalAkun provides temporary access to premium streaming and digital service accounts. Our services include:

  • Temporary access to verified premium accounts
  • Customer support during rental period
  • Secure account management
  • Various rental duration options

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Use accounts only for personal viewing/usage
  • Not share account credentials with others
  • Not attempt to change account passwords or settings
  • Respect the original service provider's terms of service
  • Report any issues immediately to our support team

4. Payment and Billing

Payment must be made in full before account access is provided. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent account access. Refunds are not available for user error, changed preferences, or if account access has already been provided and used.

6. Limitation of Liability

RentalAkun is not liable for any interruptions in service from the original service providers (Netflix, Disney+, etc.). We provide accounts in good faith but cannot guarantee 100% uptime from third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
